To request a return, please contact us with proof (photo/video) within 7 days of delivery.
If your return is approved:
You may be asked to return the item to our provided address
Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you about your refund status.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
